Psalm 56 3-4

When I Am Afraid, I put my trust in You. In God, whose word I praise - in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?

This passage speaks to the power of trust in God when fear tries to take over. It acknowledges that fear is a natural human response, but it does not have to define our actions or decisions. By choosing to place trust in God and His word, we shift our focus away from uncertainty and onto His faithfulness and promises.
